Mission
VAS MILK
The brand new dairy processing plant “VAS MILK”, placed in the town of Sadovo, opens its doors in April 2019.
The factory is built in accordance with all the requirements and standards of the European food quality and safety legislation, which is a warranty for quality white cheese.
The product is also certified according to Halal Standard.
Team
Our team of specialists relies on the experience, modern equipment and quality milk from our own farm, in which we raise and breed the selected French breed Lacon sheep.
Due to the characteristics of the obtained milk, which have a decisive influence on the technological indicators of the dairy products, the sheep cheese of “VAS MILK” is the only one on the market produced with this milk.
Plant
The production capacity of the plant is 3 tons white cheese per day, which makes us the biggest Bulgarian producer of White cheese of sheep’s milk from the breed Lacon.
Guarantee for the highest quality of the cheese is the closed production cycle of the product – from the sheep’s birth and growth, then milking, transportation of the milk with our own specialized milk trucks and its processing, till the delivery of the finished product with our refrigerated trucks to our customers.
